Madhuri Dixit to give free online dance lessons during lockdown

Bollywood dance queen Madhuri Dixit is ready to teach anyone her dance moves through her online dance academy Dance With Madhuri. Through the initiative, the actor hopes people can fight anxiety and stay fit while staying locked in their homes due to the coronavirus outbreak.

The actor posted a video on his social networks to announce the initiative. In the video, she says: “We’ve been home under lockdown for almost three weeks. We are all going through very difficult times, which is why at Dance With Madhuri we have decided to spread joy and happiness through what we do best: dance, through #LearnAMove #ShareAMove initiatives. From April 1 to April 30, each week, two of our best dance lessons will be available free to everyone on DanceWithMadhuri.com. So, let’s not wait any longer. Let’s dance. I also want to remind all of you to stay indoors and stay safe. We will go through this and come out of it stronger together. Take care. Come dance with me. “

For this initiative, the actor collaborated with the best Bollywood choreographers like Terence Lewis, Remo D’Souza, Pandit Birju Maharaj and Saroj Khan.

Madhuri Dixit has learned dance from childhood. She said: “Dancing has been my passion since I was 3 years old and it gets stronger over time. DWM is an expression of my gratitude to my ever loving fans who have made me who I am today.

She added, “Dancing is one of the best forms of training. Thus, it becomes a double boon to learn dance, learn some movements and stay in shape.
